The redemption of vouchers by customers is handled in three easy steps:
Step 1: Search for the voucher using the bar code
Each voucher has a unique bar code and a unique voucher number. If you have a bar code scanner, you can use it to automatically read the bar code. If you do not have a bar code scanner, you can enter the voucher number (under the bar code image) in the input field using the keyboard. Then click the “Search for voucher” button to search the system.
Step 2: Change the status of the voucher
If the voucher with the number entered has been found, you can view detailed information about the voucher in the infobox, and you have the possibility to redeem the voucher. The voucher and ordering data are displayed in the left column of the infobox, and the issued voucher appears in the middle. On the right side, you can fully redeem the voucher and in this way make it invalid for future use, or you can partially redeem the voucher. If you partially redeem the voucher, the balance will be reissued in the form of a new voucher. The booking number and comment fields are optional and can be used as an internal organisational aid.
Step 3: Successful status change
The successful full or partial redemption of the voucher will be displayed at the top edge of the screen in an information bar.
