Terms of Purchase and Supply

The contract is valid with FMTG Services GmbH.

You can either pay for your vouchers directly by credit card or by online-banking and have them sent directly by email to your email account, or you can have the voucher sent by post (cash on delivery). Despatch by mail:

  • Registered post 7,90 €
  • Express Mail Service (EMS) 14,90 €


Terms of Purchase and Supply

The contract is valid with vouchers sent by post (cash on delivery) to an address in .
We will despatch the vouchers to you by email or post free of charge!

Only persons of 18 years of age and over are authorised to make purchases from our Internet Shop.
 

Prices and Products

  1. Purchased or ordered vouchers may not be redeemed for cash. If your consumption is less than the value of the voucher, Hotel Ronacher will issue another credit voucher.
  2. Invoices for tax purposes can not be issued until the time the actual service is claimed, i.e. when the voucher is redeemed (VAT legislation).
  3. No liability will be accepted for delays in postal delivery.
  4. The voucher is not valid until the amount due has been paid in full.
  5. All vouchers are valid for one (1) year and must be redeemed within this period.

Prices do not include V.A.T., as the voucher itself represents a 100% credit. V.A.T. is only reflected in the actual calculation by the hotel. Photographs may not depict objects exactly as they appear. Offers subject to error or amendment.


Guarantee and data protection

Your security is the highest priority. Therefore all data such as credit card number, bank code, account number, name and address are transmitted via a secure SSL connection. This ensures that your data can not be accessed by unauthorised parties during transmission via the internet. We also use a range of additional safety measures to ensure your security in our voucher shop.

Your details will be processed with the aid of automated technology. You will only receive advertising from the operator of the online shop. Your details will not be passed on to third parties.


 

Exchanges and returns

Please return any vouchers which do not meet your expectations, in the original packaging, within 14 days. As long as you notify us that you wish to cancel within this period, it will be accepted. There is no need for you to state any reason for cancellation. However, there is no right of cancellation if the service is initiated as agreed within the cancellation period. This right of cancellation is valid for customers who are consumers within the meaning of consumer protection legislation.
